Welcome to almost (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by almost, LLC, a subsidiary of Proximity Ventures, LLC.

By accessing or using the almost mobile application or website (https://getalmost.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

almost is a social networking platform that helps people connect based on shared travel timing and location.

Users can:

• Create a profile
• Add travel plans (airports and dates)
• Discover other users with overlapping trips
• Request to connect
• Message after mutual connection

almost is designed to facilitate introductions. It does not guarantee connections or outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use almost.

By using the service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Your use complies with all applicable laws

You are responsible for your account and activity.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Update your information as needed

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree to use almost respectfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false, misleading, or impersonated information
• Post or transmit unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use the app for commercial solicitation or spam
• Attempt to access or interfere with the system improperly

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for violations.

Connections on almost are based on mutual consent.

• You must accept a connection request before messaging is enabled
• You are responsible for your interactions with other users
• almost does not conduct background checks or verify identities

Important: almost facilitates introductions only. We are not responsible for user behavior or in-person interactions.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, including profile information and photos.

By submitting content, you grant almost a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Use
• Display
• Host
• Distribute

your content within the app for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

• Does not violate any laws
• Does not infringe on others' rights

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Your safety matters.

You can:

• Block other users
• Report inappropriate behavior

We may review reports and take action, including removing content or suspending accounts.

almost reviews reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior and reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms or Community Standards.

almost is built around respectful, intentional connections.

We have zero tolerance for:

• Harassment or bullying
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Threats of violence
• Sexually explicit content
• Spam or unsolicited commercial activity
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonated accounts
• Any unlawful or harmful behavior

Users who violate these standards may have content removed, accounts suspended, or accounts permanently terminated without notice.

Users can report content or accounts they believe violate these Terms or our Community Standards.

Users can also block other users at any time.

When a user is blocked:

• Existing conversations may be removed from view
• Future interactions may be prevented
• The blocked user may no longer appear within the app experience

Reports are reviewed by almost and may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You may delete your account at any time.

Upon termination:

• Your access will be removed
• Certain data may be retained as required by law

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that engage in harassment, abuse, hate speech, impersonation, spam, fraud, sexually explicit content, or other objectionable behavior.

almost is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free service
• That matches will result in meaningful connections
• The accuracy of user-provided information

Use the service at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, almost, LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of data or opportunities
• Issues arising from interactions between users

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

almost may use third-party providers for:

• Hosting
• Analytics
• Communications

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We may also update these Terms.

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which almost, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
